    Coils interlayer Insulation

    • Composition：It is prepared by impregnating PETP or E-glass filaments with a modified epoxy resin. The thermal rating includes class F and class H. We provide also the flame-retardant-halogen-free class.   
    • Properties：It has high electrical and mechanical strength and shows good adhesive properties against metallic surfaces after curing.    
    • Application：Interlayer insulation in dry transformer’s copper/aluminum foil low voltage coil. 
    • Specification：
    • Thickness：0.09– 0.47 mm
    • Width：from 10 mm width upwards
    • Shelf life：
      Min.6 months at 20℃
      Min.12 months at 5℃
